Ordered takeout on New Year’s Eve, and the service was so bad I suspect they were already drunk or stoned. I was supposed to be notified when the order was ready for pick up, and never was. I went in after 40 minutes, and the man at the register wouldn’t acknowledge me, so I flagged a server. I was told my order wasn’t ready yet. 15 minutes later it came, and I noticed it was missing the miso soup. I was told they were out of it, so if I wanted it, I’d have to wait 5 more minutes. After 15 more minutes, the miso soup was ready. The food was good, so if you’re not bothered by the dazed and confused staff, give Sushi Galore a try.

Best sushi place in London. I love sushi and this place by far is the best. Their sashimi is amazing compared to 168 and their rolls are better than 168 and Wonder sushi! Not sure why the rating isn’t higher! If you really love sushi, you will LOVE it here. Real sushi lovers only!!!!
Absolute garbage!. Terrible host, doesn’t take our name and leaves us waiting at the front door. Bad service overall!
Was excellent, now terrible. When the restaurant first opened years ago, they were first-rate, and we went there a few times a week. Over the years, and especially after moving to the new location, quality has gone downhill. They also now nickel-n-dime everything (e.g. tea is at an extra cost, ice cream is limited to one scoop, etc.).
Awful. Was good one time but now customer service is bad and food going down hill servers are very rude
