Well imagine my surprise on Friday when I stopped by for a pint at the London Brewing Co-operative and found pizza being made. There is usually a food truck and live music on Fridays, and this time The Root Cellar had some portable pizza ovens set up, and were selling amazing pizzas. I couldn’t resist, and it was delicious, with lots of local ingredients. Based on how tasty this was, I imagine the restaurant options are just as delicious!
Loved the atmosphere and food and service was prompt and helpful. I’ve been a few times at both busy and slower times and my food always comes out quickly. Really enjoyed every thing so far.
