Awesome flavours! Taco salad, chimichanga, burritos, fajitas, coffee and especially the lime margaritas on the rocks! Centrally located with free parking too!
Not happy. They used to be the best. I loved the old location. The atmosphere was amazing, but now its not about anything Mexican. The staff are just too into themselves to care about the customers. The food was so greasy. What a disappointment. Please step up your game to get back to the quality it used to be.
Father’s Day ran out of deep fried ice cream super long wait for food please stick to off peak nights to enjoy this restaurant
WOW, what happened. We have been going to UTV for the past 10 years, at one point we stopped because the service and quality was quite poor so we decided to give it ago again a few years back and it improved. We were so thrilled that they relocated to a more convenient location so we decided to go upon opening. WOW were we in for a surprise, the decor was horrid, the restaurant was no different from the dive that was there before, the service was horrible, the waitress was curt and unknowledeable. And then Dagmar, oh Dagmar, it truly is a shame that you are putting your own needs in front of the customers. I do understand that you have to make a buck but my goodness, the prices are so high and the quality of food has gone to the toilet, it was bland, overcooked and boring. The milk my daughter orders was sour and had to go back, her meal was the only one decent but who can screw up nacho’s and cheese!. I definitely will not ever go back again, I am truly disappointed in this restaurant and will make a point of never recommending it again to anyone.
Tried and tried to like it, but this is just simply bad food.
Consistently delivers. I frequently vist under the volcano which I suppose to me is worth a visit every other month at least, and for the most part everything is amazing. If you’re looking for to the ‘T’ authentic mexican cuisine this is probably the closest thing you can get in the greater London area however for anyone whose been to a real mexican restaurant there are a few flavours lacking. Mondays they’ve got a few drink specials and if you’re looking for an amazing patio/deck for late afternoon and well into the evening which faces the sunset then you’ve found a great spot just off of Richmond row. They never fail to satisfy if you’re looking for a great mexican style meal!
Love this place. Natchos are the best and my favourite entree is the fajita salad….yummy yummy
