Under the volcano was one of the very first places I ate in London and I continue to go there on occasion as I like the food and I find the location is very central. I think the staff and decor is fun- it’s a Mexican restaurant and they embrace it! I mean why not? Hey- any place that provides you with a sombrero to wear during your meal is fine by me. Lol. I love the chimichanga, fajitas, and the house chips/salsa they bring while you wait. There whole menu is pretty creative and I like how they let you add the filling or toppings you want- they are flexible. But as per other reviews it is expensive – a bit more than I would like to spend.
