2018/08/21It was time for lunch, and I headed around the corner from the client office to try Wow Shawarma. It is a small-ish restaurant with counter service and seating for about 20. I ordered the Falafel Shawarma Combo, which came with a wrap, drink and side, and I chose the Fatoush Salad as my side. They cooked some fresh falafel, which turned out to be pretty good. However, the pita was a bit dry.
They have lamb shawarma, which already sets them apart for me. Their seasonings are also unique and the owners have been incredibly friendly every time I’ve been there! Only complaint is that the serving sizes are smaller than a lot of the other places around. But I still keep going back.
Amazing food and great value!! I have been to wow shawarma multiple times so far, the food quality was consistently great. I highly recommend trying their food platters, especially their lamb meat. The plates come with a salad and a generous meat and rice portion. If you are on the go I would suggest trying their chicken shawarma wrap. They will make it according to your preference. I usually get it Lebanese style.
Amazingly good food and service ( plus super cheap!!). I had the lamb plate with rice, tons of salad additions including a really cool carrot salad. I can honestly say it was the best lamb I’ve had in my life! The owners are an adorable older couple who are always smiling and very accommodating. No hassle for modifications. The restaurant itself had a nice vibe as well and service was fast. Would recommend this gem to friends and definitely will be back
Thank Goodness for the New Owners. Really good, freshly made food, big portions and cheap. Friendly staff, Reward cards and owner is generous with freebees. The place used to be terrible but the new owners are great.
