I’ve always walked past this place and wanted to try it. Well today was the day… the burrito of the week is beans and cheese 5 dollars if u buy a drink . So that’s what I got and like the beans looked unappealing and eating it was ok… it wasn’t wow. I hope it will get better…
Some days you get lucky with who makes your burrito. I usually find if you are the burrito turns out amazing and for $7.13 for burrito and drink . It is a great deal. But not sure if youre willing to walk from campus . But some days some make it small. We usually go for burrito of the week. It is great for sure!
I was surprised by the quality of the food. It was probably the best burrito I’ve ever had, especially from a fast food type place. Raw jalapeos were very fresh, the sauces were very good, and the Mexican soft drinks were great. Service was very friendly.
Not Good at All. I tried Steak, Chicken and Ground Beef Tacos. They were poorly and inconsistently assembled. I had almost no cheese on sprinkled them and when I asked for more cheese, they dropped a few more shreds on each taco. They lacked any flavour and I can imagine a reason for a return visit.
This is the best place to eat. The food in BarBuritto is awesome and I particularly love the salad combination and the chicken and steak mix burritos. I had taken my friends to this place once and since then they always insist on coming back here again and again. We are never tired of this place. If someone asks us about the best place to eat, we usually recommend them this place because this is one of the best.
First off, I have a tendency to compare these places with Chipotle, so consider the ensuing review with that in mind. It was meh. Stopped in a for a quick burrito, service was fine but the burrito was soggy(for the meat juices as well as the poorly drained beans) and lacked flavour. Hot sauce options were limited and the guac was pasty for a squeeze bottle and tasted a bit off (note I am sensitive to the flavour of avocados past their prime so it may have been fine for most). Overall pretty disappointing. Had I had a fee more minutes, Corazon de maiz in the byward market building would have been a much better choice.
Omfg. Floored! this is probably the best Mexican restaurant in Ottawa. We ordered on a whim and Im super impressed.
