The famous beaver tails of Ottawa had them on a rainy day seemed a little soggy I didnt feel it was fresh snd it wasnt even warm and not crispy like they should be I asked the cashier about the best flavors and she said the cinamon and sugar and the flavor of maple syrup which was way to sweet for my tasting but glad I tried them at least I know now how much over rated they are!
If youre ever a tourist to Ottawa/Canada this is a must try. They are absolutely delicious. My favourite flavour is definitely the sugar cinnamon and lemon, I really need to try all one day
Great service with good quality of food. It’s fresh and crispy. We have tried other locations in town but they are not as good as this one. Highly recommended to others at this location!
My first time in Canada and my family recommend this crispy, aromatic and sweet treats and I immediately fall in love with it. For first timer, I tried the classic Cinnamon and Sugar flavour, and boy, I’m forever hooked and I always order this flavour every chance I spot BeaverTails outlet.Don’t judge me, I know I’m missing out but it’s super good.
The cinnamon sugar with lemon beavertail is a little piece of heaven in my opinion. Don’t let a cold Ottawa winter pass without stopping in.
In Ottawa for Canada’s 150th Birthday celebration so had to try Beavertails. Was expecting a heavy lump of dough but was pleasantly surprised with a light pastry! We enjoyed the Maple Butter, warm and comforting on a rainy evening. Will be back to try the limited time offering of the Nanaimo Bar Beavertail. Truly Canadian.
This place requires no introduction here in Ottawa. It’s like staple food and you will find it in every place in Ottawa. Everyone will have atleast one beaver tail and hot choclate in their hand to beat the cold. We tried hazelnut nutella and was perfect hot and ideal for this cold weather. As beaver trails origins from Ottawa so must try for all sweet tooth
