Large, spacious venue that’s great for hosting social events. Tried appetizers here and they were quite good – above the standard of regular pub food, but nothing outrageously special. Drinks are not particularly cheap, they are around typical Byward prices.

Wonderful service. Very cool atmosphere. You can see right into the kitchen and see the beer being brewed on site. We stopped in for snacks and a beer. Loved the red fife. The strong taste of toffee comes through, very different! Beer nuts were addictive. The cheese fondue starter was the perfect size. I’d recommend the mango habanero sauce if you go for wings!

Solid venue, tasty home brewed beer selection. The lager was a highlight. I really enjoyed the pork belly sandwich, just the perfect texture in mouth bite. A really yummy lunch. Highly recommended.Enjoy!

All I can say about this place is wow, best pork related burger I have ever had. Melt in your mouth smoked pork belly burger was amazing. Great selection of in house beers.

Good beer, the menu selection is so so and not worth what you pay for it. Had the braised brisket sandwich with the jus. Beef was really fatty and the jus was definitely not the jus from the beef… tasted like watered down chicken stock with oil on top. Me and 4 friends regretted picking this restaurant.
