The food here was okay yet the service was terrible. They didn’t match up; not worth itIf you ever come here, don’t come on a weekend, the service is the worst at this time.
It’s just OK and but you can definitely find better Pho in Ottawa. The beef in pho was just OK, but the broth was on the bland side. And the shrimp dish was terrible. The shrimp were overcooked and the dipping…
Service was good until they took our leftovers to put in a to go container. The waiter came back and told my friend and I that it got thrown out by accident and asked if that was ok. Since I had extra noodles and still had over half left with chicken so I said no it was not ok. That we had paid a lot of money. So they replaced our leftovers. They seemed to be happy to do that which I appreciated. My friend and I went to heat up our leftovers and I found a napkin in mine. I don’t know if they gave us someone else’s leftovers or if they took ours of the garbage but we were disgusted and lost our appetite. We will never go there again
Exceptionally slow service with very limited choices of Pho on the menu (especially when the name of the restaurant is linked with Pho)After ordering we waited for more than 30mins for the raw Vietnamese garnish to arrive, and after 45 mins the Pho still has not arrived. It made me wonder how did they manage to take such a long time to make one bowl of raw beef brisket pho.
This place has the location of being close to downtown. But it is mediocore bowl of pho for what you pay for. I felt you do get better value and variety going to chinatown somerset area pho. I felt this pho is too westernized for me.
I was expecting good customer service, after a wonderful night out with my friends,They are rude and have no sense of consideration when it comes to their customers.
The pho (because that’s what we’re really here for): Really tasty broth, a surprisingly large amount of meat, at least in the sirloin soup, but not as many noodles as you might be expecting. I’ve personally never had a problem with the service, but I noticed during my most recent visit that the server was quite rude to the customers next to us who were asking questions. Not the best pho in town, but will definitely hit the spot if you don’t want to treck out to Chinatown.
