I’ve never been here for drinks or a night out but the food is quite decent. However, the staff isn’t very attentive and this isn’t exactly a place to grab food. It is really more a bar/club but tries to branch out into restaurant/food. hangsfoodbook.wordpress.com
With everything on the menu being $5 I wasn’t expecting too much. The food is nothing to write home about, just entry level pub fare. With the drinks set at $5 it is reasonable value and comparable to specials at other nearby venues. A good spot for an easy few cold ones. Enjoy!
I usually go for their Beet and Goat Cheese salad and it never disappoints. The ingredients are always fresh, crisp, and delicious. The burger is hit and miss so depends on your luck that night. Overall great value and the service is great. I cannot comment om the quality of their drinks.
So worth it!! Unlike the other $5 menu competitors, pub 101 offers way more in quantity AND quality! The burgers are real beef, the chicken quesadillas are stuffed and are very filling, and the fish and chips are lights at crispy…all very flavorful. My go-to for a quick cheap meal!
Not my scene. Came for drinks on a Friday night from about 10 pm-12 pm. They had terrible live music playing that was downright depressing sounding at times. Atmosphere was meh – interior decor was boring. Waitress was really nice – I’ll give her that, but she was a bit on the slow side. The drinks are great, but I personally wouldn’t warrant a second visit.
Wings. This place is going downhill quickly. Used to be one of the friendliest places and now by far one of the worst places in terms of service. You honestly feel like if you dont work there you shouldnt be there. The staff is horrible. The bartendar smiled when we walked in but that was as far as it went. Waitress looked bored serving us and we had to wave to her about three times to get her attention as she was standing with the bartender twirling her hair and drinking water while talking to him. Start hiring staff who want to work and know what a smile is.
We came in and didnt get any service. we had to walk out.
