A hidden gem in the heart of the Byward Market! With food AND drinks all being $5, it was difficult for my friends and I to decide what we wanted. However, we were all pleasantly surprised with our choices! I will definitely be coming here again this summer.
Decent food, good service but Was drinking and drinking wondering why we weren’t getting a buzz then realized after we ordered shots how extremely watered down it was.
Terrible service and really rude staff. We all walked in and they charged us all the entry fee and allowed my friend who was drunk in as well. Then a minute later, the security says we’re kicked out, even though all we did was sit down. He said that my friend was too drunk. So I asked why they would let him in and charge us all in the first place, they couldn’t answer and just said we had to leave. I said that we weren’t disrupting or being noisy at all and they said he looks like he’s sleeping, which I didn’t think was a crime. When I asked for our money back they said that’s not their policy and wouldn’t do anything. The girl taking the money was extremely rude and forcefully grabbed my friend’s arm just to put a stamp on him.Never coming back here, they couldn’t give any good reasons for any of their actions and was incredibly rude to people who were polite and quiet, compared to the rest of the noisy and rowdy crowd of people in the bar.
