No Delivery. What is it with restaurants advertising delivery online and when you spend the time looking at their menu and calling to order they don’t deliver anymore. Really, is it too hard to update a website?
Actually Fresh. The Sushi here is great. Really fresh and the rolls seem to be really jam packed which is nice. It’s not all you can eat, so you will pay a bit more but you wouldn’t get this quality at all you can eat. Also the presentation is really nice. The place itself is meh, (I mean it’s clean just not that pretty) but you can eat at la pointe and order sushi. I would recommend the volcano roll! So good and so much spicy salmon!
Was looking for a sushi restaurant in the Market and glad I decided to check out Sushi Fresh. Situated at the same location as Lapointe’s restaurant, the place is small (but you can eat downstairs) and nothing fancy, but the sushi was great. I was pleasantly surprised to see that all the staff (waitress and chefs) were women (nice change). We had the chef special for 2 (which includes 2 miso soups, a California roll, a salmon roll and 14 assorted nigiri) as well as the caterpillar roll, which was my favourite. The fish was fresh and the presentation was immaculate. Only negative is that the rice tended to fall apart. Delicious nonetheless. I would go back in a heart beat!
Really good quality! I went in and ordered take out, they were very friendly and the sushi was ready in about 5-10 mins. I’d for sure go back!
