We were excited when this place opened. The food is very fresh. The wait to get your food is a little long but it’s because they make everything from scratch. My favourite is the pork quesadilla. They also make the best churros!!

This place just opened up recently beside our house and we were craving something mexican and delicious so we decided to try it. This place is not all bad , some things were very good while other were very bad. We tried the churros filled with Dulce de leche with cuban coffee while we waited for our other food to take it to go. The Cuban coffee was amazing , it had a great taste that I didnt even want sugar in there and I usually don’t appreciate coffee . Churro filled with Dulce de Leche was pretty good , had a nice crunchy texture and went well with the coffee. We also decided to order sandwiches and empanadas. There was such a big selection of empanadas that it was hard to choose at first , it all looked appetizing. I got the Grilled Chicken and my husband got the Chilleno , we ordered both with fries. Fries were soft, tasted like cheap frozen fries that were not cooked in low temperature which made them soggy. The sandwiches were a bid disappointment , chicken was not seasoned at all , not even salt . Meats in both sandwiches were overcooked , the bread was too greasy . I had way too much mayo in my chicken sandwich which made it even greasier and I didn’t even finish it . Now we wanted to try a few different empanadas , so we ordered Sausage Chorizo, chicken, Mexican and Shrimp and Cheese. We both really liked the shrimp and cheese , it looked very greasy but ended up being very moist and flavorful inside and the pastry was soft and flaky. The other empanadas had good fillings but the dough was very dry . In conclusion I would go back for the coffee, churros and the shrimp empanadas and not really interested in trying their other big dishes since the sandwiches were so bad.
