My group of four people sat at our table for about 10 minutes before a server even came to take our drink order. We waited half an hour for tea to reach our table. It wasnt until 50 minutes after we sat down that we received our appetizers, some of which were cold when we got them. The two larger tables received about 4 orders of food each before we even got our tea. It took forever for each dish to come and 3 out of 5 dishes we had to remind them we had ordered. The first round of sushi was awful, the tempura was extremely greasy and left grease all over the plate. When the big tables left our service and food improved slightly. Overall to have our first order filled it took over two hours. The only reason Im giving this a rating of 2.5 is because Ive been here once before during a weekday dinner and both food and service was good.
