TheSmoke is all about BBQ, and taking it to a Whole New Level. Its 1st location in Collingwood opened up in December 2012, with the 2nd location opening up in Vaughan in August 2016. We were featured on the Food Networks show "You Gotta Eat Here" in April 2015. Our feature items are Ribs, Brisket and Pulled Pork, and nontraditional items like, Wild Boar Bacon, and Smoked Burgers.
