Found tiny metal bearing ball in meal.We ordered some appetizers and for the main course we ordered butter chicken, malai kofta, rice and lacha parantha. While I was eating malai kofta, I found a tiny metal ball bearing in it while I was chewing it. This thing happened around 8:10pm. We complaint about it to the owner and all we got out of that was his attitude. I am really pissed off that there was metal bearing ball in the meal. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant as it doesnt match the quality standards and can actually make people really sick.
Went here for the lunch buffet today and while the service was good and the food was fine (though more selection would have been nice), the owner needs a serious change in principles. If he sees that a dish is running low, hell outright tell you to stop eating it! Now, Im underweight and have been trying to gain for months to no avail, so I was delighted to find a calorically-dense dish that I actually enjoyed, but after I’d gone back for more and there were no customers around, I was promptly told to stop eating it! Additionally, I went on my own so Id brought my laptop to do some reading, but they apparently dont allow laptops either. One last note is that although their price is fairly reasonable (see picture), they stop serving lunch at 2:30PM rather than at 3:00PM, which perhaps explains why they brought me my bill halfway through lunch.Overall, I’m no authority on whether anyone should or should not visit, but the fact is that though technically a buffet, the owners seem much more concerned with their bottom line than with customer satisfaction and this may impede the acquisition of your desired experience.
39 spices is right on Main st of Markham. They have buffet in afternoons and costs around 12$. I went with friends who had never tried indian food before and they loved it. Food is not that spicy and you would find lot of non indian people enjoying buffet. They make amazing soft naans and dal makhani is ausm. We also have many starters veg and non veg and decent spread for buffet. Happy with cleanliness and simple ambience. Staff is good and serve naans hot and fast when ever we request.
New place in markham been there couple of time i love it. Chicken biriyani is the best part and there fresh butter naan and there chicken wings (indian style)
