First of all the $9.95 price for haddock, chips, and pop was before the minimum hourly wage went to $14/hour. As soon as it was increased to $14/hr, the owner jacked up the price by $3.00 to $12.95 or a 30% increase. By the way the hourly rate was increased by 23%. So why charging 30% when the employee wages do not account for the overall expense costs? Since then I decided to go to another restaurant.
Really good place in the ninth line area. Fish was crispy and clean. The oil was fresh. Good friendly service. And yes the fish is from the ocean. Take it easy!
