Slow service, bad fish, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came here yesterday night, my friend and I decided to go for the all-you-can-eat. Bad idea, I don’t think i would ever come here ever AGAIN. This isn’t my first time coming to this sushi restaurant, they used to have the best spicy salmon! But yesterday when we had it, it was terrible, no flavor, not even spicy ALSO, i think the fish they have is not fresh AT ALL! I had a spicy tuna handroll..not only was this not rolled correctly(LIKE A CONE) but the fish was foul smelled really bad I can’t even believe they served it to me. From there what couldn’t go wrong did go wrong! They had 2 take out orders, and managed to screw those up, which means they needed more time to cater to the take-out customers than the customers ACTUALLY EATING INSIDE. Took them 10 minutes to hand me a piece of paper to order what I want, then another 20 minutes just to come take it. I figured I had enough…I grabbed the bill and left….left still hungry after paying $26 per person. Food really sucks.. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMAND THIS NASTY RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!. THE SERVICE IS EVEN WORST! IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD I HIGHLY RECOMMAND YOU LOOK THE OTHER WAY.These people do not want to please you, they want your money and thats that! if you are looking for a good sushi restaurant and willing to go for a drive I HIGHLY RECOMMAND Naruto in Richmond Hill, Elgin Mills and Yonge. Can’t go wrong with that restaurant!
Do NOT go here!! We went to this place, all you can eat sushi, and we ended up leaving hungry after being there for two hours on Saturday night!! Why?? Because the service is so SLOW!!! It took them an hour to produce each order for my wife and I, we ordered twice or two platters. They were understaffed on a Saturday night, service was slow and sloppy, they brought the first order and we had no plates or napkins, we had to call the waiter back and still took him 7 minutes to bring these items, so the whole time we are starring at the food.Some other ppl left before they were served, and too much to mention!We will never return to this place!!
Just had the AYCE lunch here (Saturday) and it was awesome. Had the edamame, cucumber rolls, dynamite rolls, black dragon, spider roll, salmon sushi, masago sushi, beef ribs, udon noodles and tempura. Every menu item was well prepared and delicious. This is one of my favorite places because it is such good value and quality. They’ve recently renovated so it’s kinda nice. If they had a party room I would book here. Lunch AYCE is $13 for adults, $10 for kids, Mondays to Fridays. Not sure what regular menu is like cause we always have AYCE. Highly recommend the rolls here.
Food is good the spicy crispy salmon roll is amazing .. But they say its all you can eat but the drinks are not included in the price !
So so food and cheap. The food is cheap. The service not so great because they take way too long to do everything. Like for ex. I ordered the deep fried tofu they took half an hour. Just an appetizer. If you want a nice sit down and you don’t mind the drive then go to after rain. It’s still the best sushi restaurant ever!
Very bad service. I went to this restaurant twice with my family. The first time we went they took a very long time to bring us the food we ordered. The food was okay at best. We thought that perhaps they were just having a bad day and so we went again several weeks later since we live in the area. Our second visit was even worse. The waitress was downright hostile towards us, throwing items down on the table, being very inattentive and rude. We waited and waited for the food we ordered, it took a very long time and they never did bring all of it. No wonder the place was empty.We used to order take-out from them, but since they treated us so badly we would never do that again. We will never go to this place again and could not possibly recommend this place to anyone. It was the worst dining experience any of us had ever had. These guys don’t deserve anyone’s business.
Horrid, horrid. Do NOT go here, ever. They seriously don’t deserve your business. Atrociously rude surly service, the server actually THREW napkins and chopsticks down on the table and barked at us (neglectful is one thing, downright hostile is another). Dirty, sticky tables, dirty floor, whole place just looks like they don’t care. Shudder to think what the kitchen must look like. we almost left but were desperately hungry. food was awful, not fresh, fishy nasty smelling sushi, yuck. this place should close down.
