My wife and I ordered a custom 3-tier wedding cake and a sweet table for our special day. Our whole experience from beginning to end was really positive. From our first meeting we knew we were in great hands. The staff and management were courteous, patient and professional guiding us through the entire process and even helped us narrow down and choose what we wanted. We also found their selection and customization options to be second to none especially after already visiting a few other competitors which we really appreciated. Overall Le Delice ended up being a great choice which our families and our friend’s families choose for two separate wedding occasions . We were beyond pleased with their service, quality and the team which made us feel like stars on our special day with their tasty, quality and presentable desserts which got everyone talking! A+++ for Le Delice.
The designs are absolutely amazing and the cakes are beyond delicious, add in friendly staff and what more could you want from a bakery? Highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates beautiful designs and has a sweet tooth!
We ordered a cake for my friends birthday and the initial customer service was very warm and friendly. I gave them the details on what I want the cake to be like and showed them examples of designs, they assured me they would be able to create the cake with our specifications. All throughout the process, communications were great and we were very happy when they delivered the cake (the designs actually turned out better than what we expected which was a big plus!) Everyone at the party really enjoyed the layers and the savory taste of the cake so we are sure to be returning customers!
Le Delice is the best! I ordered a very un-traditional wedding cake from them – a St. Honore tower – it was gorgeous and delicious. I have ordered my kid’s birthday cakes and cakes for other special occasions ever since then. For my daughter’s first birthday, I hand sketched a custom design, and Le Delice perfected it! The next year it was a sweet Minnie Mouse cake that my daughter still talks about 3 years later. The owners are lovely and professional. I highly recommend Le Delice!
I have been getting cakes from Le Delice since it opened many years ago, and I cannot say enough good things about the service or the cakes. I always get my kids birthday cakes from there, and every year people are so excited for the end of the party so they can eat the cake… lol…. The owner is the sweetest and she always guides me in the right direction and helps me choose a cake, as there are so many delicious cakes to choose from. I would recommend this place to everyone for birthdays, weddings and any other celebration where a cake is needed and you want to have a wonderful experience and service with a smile. 🙂
Le Delice is my first and only stop for cakes. Everything I have ever ordered has been a hit and I never have leftovers…EVER! The staff are helpful and informative – always a pleasure to deal with. Other bakeries cannot compare.
My (now) husband and I booked Le Delice to bake our wedding cake 8 months in advance. They stood us up for multiple meetings, which should have been a red flag but we were committed. They then canceled two weeks before the wedding! Allegedly, because we refused to pay the balance owing before they ever delivered anything! I strongly caution anyone from relying on Le Delice.
