I ordered grilled Kalamari (as it was spelled in their menu) with Tzatziki and lemon sauce. It was delicious! It was a very filling serving of 4 good-sized squids, perfectly charred. Grilled veggies and mixed rice were on the side. Looking at the many photos on the white-washed wall while enjoying my Kalamari made me wish I was having this meal in Greece instead! Hubby got his favourite Lamb Souvlaki dinner. A delicious Greek salad with a healthy amount of feta complemented his meal. The meat was nicely done and perfectly seasoned.Service was good, as I expected and especially since we were one of the few patrons this weekday lunch. And as we actually ordered from the dinner menu, it cost about $25 per person without wine. wanderlustingmama.blogspot.com
New Year’s Eve 2014. My husband and I took my parents to Santorini for dinner New Year’s Eve. Since we are Greek and know good food when we have it, I can honestly say the food here was great. Our server was always looking out for us and he made some good recommendations. The starters we ordered were very tasty and seafood platter was amazing… we had a great dinner and a great night.
Really nice restaurant. Food was excellent quality. Great service.
Worst Greek place I have been. Save your money and go somewhere rlse
I really wanted to like this place- great ambiance, family run, been around forever but the food kept falling short . The Greek feta salad was rather tasteless and pedestrian… The chicken supreme mushy, flavorless and certainly not fresh, a beautiful red snapper on the dry & dreary side … The staff and owner bent over backwards to rectify and comped a baklava that looked more like a Kishka swimming in honey as well as a raspberry cheesecake that was bland too… B for effort- D for taste… At these prices they better step it up unless people in Thornhill like depending a lot of money on a disappointing meal.
