Delicious Food. Growing up in Markham, the Station House was always our go-to family dinner destination. The food was always delicious, the atmosphere always welcoming, and the service always friendly. Even now, years after having moved away, my family members and I always make sure to stop by for a meal whenever we’re in town. I’ve recommended this place to countless friends, and will continue to do so for years to come.
I would score last night dinner a pass, but not great. New owners have to step it up to the standard set by the former folks
December 2011. This restaurant was the absolute worst Italian food I have had in my life. I was barely able to swallow my food, they obviously have no clue how to make Italian food. Save the real estate for someone who deserves it, this place should close down…..
Pasta was a tasteless, horrible, soggy mess last Xmas. Pizza was nice, but not great. Considering going back if I really can’t think of anywhere else for a round 2. Smells great from the outside though… Can’t figure out why it doesn’t taste like it.
Trying to give new owners a chance but sadly they’re cutting corners. Gave our pizza in error to someone else then lied about ingredients on our replacement.
Mom & Pop not always the best Shop!. Stick to the PIZZA….can’t go wrong with fresh made pizza, although not the best, the sauce could use some umph!! I had the chicken and manacotti combo….pass…. as far as I knew manacotti is supposed to be pasta sheets that are rolled into a cylindrical shape encompassing a filling. These are some sort of crepe flour rolled and filled with very little non tasty filling. The chicken is a fresh freezer cutlet that is pan fried with little or no seasoning besides the bread crumbs….ate better. Was disappointed it all sounded so good. The service is freindly and great but not great enough for me to eat there again.
