2018/06/14It was time for dinner, and we hadnt had Chinese food for a while, so we decided on Tangerine Asian. The restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived, but a few more diners showed up, and there was a steady trickle of takeout orders. We started out with the Chicken Hot and Sour Soup. Vegetable and Seafood were also available. There small bowl was enough for two individual portions. Not too spicy, and just enough sour. I like my soup with a bit more stuff in it, but it was a tasty way to start the meal. Our next dish was Beef with Snow Peas and Mushrooms. Tender beef, and slippery snow peas and mushrooms. Perhaps a bit too much sauce. Although Tangerine main dishes come with a bowl of steamed rice, it was not enough to sop up the sauce. Our last dish was Kung Pao Chicken. Again, maybe too much sauce. Just enough heat to give me a little sweat. Service was pleasant and polite.
