Well, I have visited this place twice. The first time I visited, there was hardly anyone dining, just one table occupied. Ordered, Chicken Biryani and Manchurian Mix Fried Rice. Chicken Biryani was well made, good quantity with Raita. The quantity was so much that I had to do a Take Away and I had enough left for another wholesome meal. Manchurian Fried rice was average in quality. Even the portion could not match the portion of the biryani. The second time we visited, I reserved a seat (not sure why because when we reached, there were just two tables occupied). When we reached the restaurant, we were told that they had no Rotis because their Tandoor was out of order. What was frustrating, was not that their Tandoor was not working, but the fact that they did not bother to inform us while making the reservation. Anyway, since we had traveled quite a bit to reach this place, we chose to eat there itself and make do with rice based items. We ordered Butter Chicken, Biryani again, Karahi Chicken. My Rating -Chicken Biryani – 3.5Butter Chicken – 2.75Karahi Chicken – 3Manchurian Mix Fried Rice – 3Mango Lassi – 3.5Overall Rating – 3.15
Standard Indian Chinese fare .. I loved the chicken lollipops and chowmein. Everything else was average. The place looks decent for a sit down meal and service is good!
I went out with my team mates for a celebration. It has a good ambience and staff is courteous. We started with chicken lolly pop and trust me it was yum yum. Then we went ahead with by ordering chicken curry and oh it was just the right spice and blend. We closed it by ordering biryani. Both chicken and lamb were onto perfection. The cost is bit high if you dine in but you have take out option and it will fit in your budget and you will relish the food.
Quality. Been here multiple times, feel like this is the only Hakka restaurant in Mississauga with some quality left in it. They make good food regardless of what side of the menu you choose from , ( Chinese or Indian). Don’t be scared to ask about the details of what goes into a a specific dish before ordering it, Staff is very considerate and polite, Enjoy.
Awesome food, very acceptable prices for more than 1 person. The service is mediocre but the taste and quality are reasons i definitely would come back for. The homemade cottage cheese pakla is awesome!
Excellent food. Great service. We love the combination of Indian food with Hakka Chinese. Plenty if vegetarian choices as well. We’ve been there twice and kids love it too. Will be back.
