  Client meeting , got in with wait for 20 mins but talked to the girl and she let us in early . Ordered veggie skillet with egg . Was good but could have been better with some extra spices .Food was nicely cooked n prepared .Service was way too slow n told client about something he ordered they didnt had that after our food was on table

  This morning I visited the Courtney Park location for brunch. I have not visited a Denny’s in over a year, and I was looking forward to eating there. Unfortunately, the service I received was by far the worst I have ever experienced in a very long time. To begin, we had to wait over five minutes to be greeted and offered drinks. We ordered at the same time that we asked for our drinks. We then waited over half an hour for our food, despite seeing customers who arrived after us receiving their food before us. We had to ASK about our meal, and then as if by magic, our food appeared. Not shockingly, as our food had probably been sitting there for as long as we had been waiting, it was not hot, and was barely warm. We flagged down our waitress to tell her, and she proceeded to deny that the food had obviously been sitting there – it couldn’t have been that we ask about our delayed meal and ALL OF A SUDDEN, it’s ready. Ten minutes later (which is how long we should have initially been waiting), our food arrives. One of our meals was wrong (had sausages when we asked for just bacon) but at this point, we were so hungry, so we carried on eating. We were presented with our bill, to which we were shocked that we were even being provided with one after having been at the restaurant for an hour and a half because of delays, cold food and poor service. The waitress shrugged off our question about whether food would be comped at all. We reluctantly paid. It was a disastrous experience and I’m appalled at having to have paid for what we received.

  Worst place ever visited ! We visit Denny’s in the US and they are so good but this store in Canada was disappointing !Tasteless steak with petite portions .Cheddar mashed potatoes were tasting of coconut . Horrible !!!Sirloin steak was horrible , I ordered medium rare … I don’t think the cooks are trained to make steaks at perfection , it’s an art to grill steaks .Portion sizes were like kids meals with dried n dead veggies ! I am shocked !!!
