Amazing staff! I accidentally locked my keys and purse in my car today after buying the food. I was allowed to use their phone to call for assistance. That makes it excellent customer service in my books and I will be coming back!
Nice Little Place!. I came here as I had a coupon for 20% off before 3:00 pm. When I walked in, I was impressed at how cute and tidy this place was. It was very nicely decorated, with Italian music playing in the background. I went up to the counter and ordered a chicken parmigiana sandwich on a herb bun. The sandwich cost $6.95 however with my coupon, I only paid about $6.40 for the sandwich. The sandwich itself was quite large with a lot of chicken. One suggestion for the future may be to ask the customer if he/she wants to have the sandwich toasted as it didn’t taste as good without the bread being toasted. After I ordered my sandwich, I inquired about the price of the cookies. The man behind the counter told me they were $1.00 each however, he said that he would give me 2 for $1.00 which I thought was very nice of him! The cookies were pretty good; a little bit softer would have been better but they were good nonetheless. Right after I paid for my meal, the woman behind the counter gave me my sandwich, it was very quick! If you are looking for top-notch service and authentic cuisine in a short time, this is definitely your place! Would highly recommend this place to others.
