Very Dependable.. Located in a large chain restaurant intensive service plaza, Tosca is the best of the bunch. Unlike many of their neighbours they use quality ingredients, have moderate prices considering the freshness and quality, and the service is competent. On this visit the fish and pasta were flavourful and correctly cooked. You can’t expect much more. Opportunities to improve include an improved house white wine selection, something not so sweet, and some sound control treatments as it can be difficult to hold a conversation if the restaurant is more than sparsely occupied.
