Alright but nothing to go back for. I had the fish tacos and for the price, they weren’t bad but it didn’t taste like anything. I even added more salsa. It’s just very bland. I was hoping for something better. El Sombreo and Mucho Burrito is a better option for Mexican in the same area.
Fast Food Mexican. As far as fast food goes this place serves decent quality food. Definitely a good option for fast food in the area. However one must keep in mind that this place is for fast food and not a dining destination. For a quick lunch or snack the food is of good value, however nothing to go out of your way for.
Real good. This is the best Mexican fast food you can get in Mississauga. Taco del Mar is a few notches above Mucho Burrito, Burrito Brothers and others:the taste, service, ambiance/decoration.Recommended.
This is my favourite neighbourhood place. People are friendly and fun. They remember you and your order. Best fish tacos anywhere, including Del Mar, California!
Great Food. This is the best mexican food I’ve had, I go there at least once a week for lunch. They have daily specials as well as a loyalty card. 10 purchases and you get $5 off.The side of rice/beans is a meal on it’s own which makes the value of this place really good. I usually save it for the next day.
Steps above mucho burrito but still won’t satisfy the craving for authentic mexican cuisine
I am latinamerican so I know what good mexican food tastes like and I have to say the food at Taco del Mar was really bad. The corn tortillas were at least a week old.
