I go to this location often for lunch. The staff are friendly but you often have to wait for the food. The dining room can get really busy at lunch as can the drive thru. Sometimes they make you pull your car up front and wait for someone to walk your order out to your car. In my opinion this defeats the purpose of drive thru and is extra annoying when you go after the lunch rush and are the only car in the drive thru and they still make you pull up and park out front. I will give this location credit, when they offer a burger on special or have a 2 burger deal they are usually prepared for the increase in popularity of the particular menu item. The quality of the food is what you would expect from A & W and from my experience always comes out hot.
