Very disappointed. A friend had made reservations for Friday night at 8pm. We arrived at 7:50 and waited at the front. After five minutes, another couple entered the restaurant. Now there are 4 people standing at the entrance waiting to be greeted and seated. 2 of the waiters noticed us, as they made eye contact at least 3 times, yet made no effort welcome us in. After 10 minutes of standing at the front waiting, we decided to go elsewhere. I will note that the restaurant was not full as there were 3 empty tables for 2 at the time. If this is how we are treated arriving, I am afraid of what the service would have been like had we stayed. You only have one shot to make a first impression and they blew it terribly.This dinner was for a special occasion, and another restaurant in the city was able to accommodate us, and more than exceed ourexpectations. Will not attempt to return in the future.
