We ordered catering from Cafe Zauq (Milton location) for an event and the food was delivered extremely late, with no explanation, no apologies from the staff. The food was to be delivered at 1:30 p.m. and was delivered at 2:45 p.m. The lunch event was scheduled from 12 – 3pm so many of the guests weren’t able to stay to enjoy the food when it did arrive. Extremely embarrassing for a host! On top of being unacceptably late the staff neither apologized nor showed any remorse. Worst customer service experience I have had in a while. I would not recommend this place for catering an event.

Messy and shabby.Staff: They are fine, sometimes a little rude. Seems like they just want to get over with the order..
