FOOD:We had come here on a Tuesday afternoon at around 12:00 pm for a quick lunch. I had settled on the Margherita Napoletano ($15.00), while my mother had settled on the Classico Napoletano ($17.00). Each of these pizzas were personal-sized, and they were thin crust, which made it taste authentic, without the slices precut. In terms of the taste of the Margherita Napoletano, I found that the crust was mostly burnt, which gave it a different taste. We had told our server (Ola) about this, and she said that the ovens were very hot, and sometimes the pizzas were not taken out quickly enough. We would have hoped that she would have given has a small compensation since we werent too happy with the burnt crust however, no compensation was given. The ingredients on the pizza however tasted delicious, fresh, and definitely authentic. The only thing I didnt like though was that the cheese, and all other ingredient, slid off the pizza quickly after biting into it, as the crust was very thin, almost paper-thin. The size of it though was quite large, which made me full after finishing it. One thing though was that I would have liked to have some type of complimentary appetizer to tide us over as we waited for our main dishes, such as bread with dipping oil. Overall, the pizzas were okay however, wasnt too keen on the burnt crust, and found them to be a tad too expensive for what we had received.ATMOSPHERE:I have to admit that the atmosphere of this restaurant was very beautiful, with matching dcor such as lighting fixtures, paintings, and wine bottles adorning the walls. I really liked how the chairs were also comfortable, and there seemed to be ample room in-between the tables for us to move around comfortably. I felt that a lot of effort was put into making this restaurant very inviting, and authentic, as it would look in Italy itself!SERVICE:We were served by Ola, who was kind, considerate, and friendly from the beginning, until the end of our visit. She came by to ask how everything was as we were dining, and was patient with us as we described to her how we felt about the burnt crust. We would have hoped that she would have given us some kind of compensation for the burnt crust however, it may have been something out of her control. Overall though, Ola was a great server, and I would highly-recommend her!COST:1 Margherita Napoletano: $15.00 + 1 Classico Napoletano: $17.00: $32.00 + Tax = $36.16WOULD YOU RETURN?No; I found it to be much too expensive for a simple lunch, and I wasnt happy with the burnt crust.
