FOOD:We had come here on a Tuesday at around 12:45 pm for a quick lunch. I had settled on the Small Margherita Pizza ($7.78), while my mother had the Veal Parmigiana Sandwich ($6.99); we both decided to share the Small Poutine ($4.99), along with an Eska Water Bottle ($1.99). I really enjoyed the Margherita Pizza; it was fresh, with a lot of delicious ingredients, along with being a big size (I wasnt able to finish it all in one sitting), and hot (temperature-wise, which was perfect). I also found that it was well-cooked; it wasnt burnt or undercooked, the crust was just right. In terms of the Veal Parmigiana Sandwich, the veal was delicious however, the piece was a bit small. Also, the bun that the veal was on was not toasted, and it was just a plain hamburger bun, which wasnt too delicious. The cook had asked us how we enjoyed our meal, and we mentioned to him about the bun. He told us that they are looking into getting a ciabatta bun for the sandwich, which we agreed would be much better. The Small Poutine was also delicious, a large portion for us to share, and the cheese curds were well-melted, with a lot of gravy poured all over the fries. Also, they were hot (temperature-wise), really well put-together, and delicious tasting! I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant as I felt that everything was fresh, and the cook really put a lot of time into making it look and taste presentable. ATMOSPHERE:This restaurant was located on Commerical Street, which is right behind Main Street East in Milton. It was definitely hidden from the main area of the downtown therefore, it was easy to miss if you weren’t looking hard enough. We loved how there was a large parking lot in the back which made it easier for us. The restaurant had very large booths, which could fit at least ten people in each booth, if not more. There were also tables with chairs, and a TV on the wall showing the local newscast. I loved how clean and presentable the restaurant was, with a cute little vespa in the front window. SERVICE:When we had arrived to the restaurant, we were greeted by the cook, who was also the cashier. He was really nice, and explained everything in detail as to the ordering procedure. He also answered all of our questions with ease, making us feel comfortable. He definitely knew his stuff; we felt good eating at his restaurant. When we had finished our meals, he had asked us how everything was, being very upfront about the bun for the sandwich, and asking us how we had heard about his restaurant. Definitely great service all-around!COST:1 Small Margherita Pizza: $7.78 + 1 Veal Parmigiana Sandwich: $6.99 + 1 Small Poutine: $4.99 + 1 Eska Water Bottle: $1.99: $21.75 + Tax = $24.57WOULD YOU RETURN?Most definitely! The prices were great, lots of food, excellent service, and inviting environment. Would highly-recommend for anyone who wants good food!

I am appalled by the despicable service I received from your delivery driver. I ordered at around 10 pm on the 12th of November, 2017 (Sunday). I was delivered the food and as I was paying for my order (34.85$) by cash, I gave the driver 35 dollars and when he asked me about the 15 cents change, I said that I do not need it and as I was in the process of retrieving some more change for him to give him a tip, he became extremely defensive, condescending, and flat out rude claiming that he is not begging for a tip and asking me what he’d do with 15 cents, then he had the audacity to ask me if I knew how high gas prices were. His IMPATIENCE COST HIM my tip and absolutely ruined my food experience with Luigi. Please check if your delivery drivers are up to standard and if they even want to work as a delivery driver. Not depressed and desperate like the guy who delivered. Absolutely despicable service.
