FOOD:I had come here on a Thursday afternoon at around 12:00 pm for lunch. I had settled on the Small Order Of Potato & Cheese Perogies (8 Perogies), which included a pickle and a small container of sour cream. The perogies were fried with bacon (I had asked that there be no onions in my order). I was impressed with the large amount of various perogies that they had to offer, with some of them even having meat inside of them (which Ive never seen elsewhere). In terms of my perogies, I was VERY impressed with how delicious they tasted. They were cooked to perfection, and werent burnt or overdone. I really liked how great they tasted in regards to spice, which made me want more. I also loved the small pieces of bacon that the perogies were fried in; there were a large number of them, and they were also cooked well. I would have wished that there was more sour cream as the container that I was given was much too small.Overall though, the meal that I had gotten was VERY delicious, along with the addition of the large pickle on the side (which surprisingly, I liked, even though I usually dont like pickles). I was a little bit surprised at the high-price for the item that I had ordered however, it was definitely worth-it as they were the BEST perogies that I have ever tasted in a restaurant, very well-done!ATMOSPHERE:When I had walked-into this restaurant, I noticed that it was quite hot as the air conditioning wasnt turned-on and it was a hot day outside. Also, the ordering counter was at the back of the restaurant, with the tables at the front near the door. I really liked the restaurant as I found it to be comfortable, with a lot of room to move around, VERY clean, with not a speck of dirt anywhere to be found, and with nice decor on the walls (stylish photos of scenery), along with funky lighting, and very practical high-chairs for babies (these high-chairs had trays which Ive hardly seen at restaurants). I also liked the set-up, especially the chalkboard with the list of items to order; it was very artistically well-done, I loved how it looked! The one thing I didnt like was that the music was a bit too loud for my taste however, overall, it was a great place for a quick meal.SERVICE:When I had walked-in, I noticed that the ordering station was at the back of the restaurant so, I had made my way to the back where a younger gentleman was standing there. He greeted me, and asked what I would like to order. I found him to be friendly, and easy to converse with. When my order was ready, he called my number and he handed me the tray on which my items were located. Service was definitely great at this restaurant!COST:1 Small Order Of Potato & Cheese Perogies (8 Perogies): $8.95 + Taxes = $10.12 WOULD YOU RETURN?Without a doubt! I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you want authentic perogies. Although the price is a bit high, its definitely worth it for a nice meal.
