Just arrived home after a fantastic valentines dinner experience at Portobellos. We have we been regular customers for years. Have never been disappointed. Food and service always exceptional. Mario and Monique are great hosts and owners. You gotta eat here!!!!.
Horrible service with a practically empty restaurant! The food a basic pizza took so long to arrive. The kids meal was supposed to be with a scoop of ice cream..we reminded the server 3 times for that and eventually after almost 2 hours of waiting n eating food we left without the kids dessert as they were restless by then! That’s something I pay for in kids meal n they tell me they are too busy to put a scoop of ice cream in a bowl???It’s such a shame to see crumbling service at a local place!
