I literally stopped going anywhere else for lunch.. The reviews are all right. This is a hidden gem in Mississauga. Food is spectacular. Specials keep me coming in day after day. Don’t go another day without stopping in to try.
Went with my friend for lunch today, and it was FABULOUS.So fresh, and the owner/chef was a real delight.The pasta e fagoli soup was magnificent and fresh.A real treasure !
Great to go with friends. I had the Brie and Stilton Quiche that was fresh made in house that day and a Greek Salad. My friend had Jambalaya. Food was great, atmosphere is great, fairly busy but once you taste the food you will know why.
Hidden Gem. I have discovered Mississauga hidden gem! the caf is not visible from the road so you’d barely know it was there but was a great surprise when I decided to check it out: When I first walked in the Chef (I believe he is also the owner) immediately said Hi and welcomed me, he seems to know most of the people in the line up and chatted away to keep everyone entertained as there was a short wait. He offered me a taste of the hot special that day (the best perogies I have ever tasted) but I decided to go for the pulled pork Panini instead as I was having a heavy meal that evening. The pulled pork was absolutely delicious, can’t say enough about it, and everyone else seemed to be enjoying their food too. The seating part of the caf is very relaxing, beautiful vistas on the wall, some interesting artwork from the chef’s world travels and some big plants to make it feel tropical (what more could you want on a freezing Canadian winter day!). I will definitely be making Adobo Caf my new regular spot and will bring many of my co-workers for lunch there too, can’t believe it took me this long to find it!
Love it!. I’m not one for writing reviews, but this place deserves one – two reasons, firstly i eat here at least once a week – fantastic, can’t fault it. Great atmosphere, delicious and varied food, friendly staff. Secondly, and I believe everone’s entitled to there opinion, but i think the negative review is a bit unfair – it’s not over-priced, it’s more than timmy’s or whatever, but the quality of the food is top grade, all made fresh in front of you. With the portion sizes, i can’t comment, but i’ve never left that place unsatisfied, and i’m not a small guy (ahem…). Just my opinion, but really worth a visit if you’re near.
I’ve been going here as a treat when i’m too lazy to make my lunch (which is more often than I should admit). Really nice cafe – good food, friendly staff, and some fun stuff on the walls from the owners travels, I was asking him about it.
This place is great. Heard about it as we get their catering at work, but the cafe itself is really worth visiting. Clean and modern, international theme on the walls. Really good range of sandwiches, friendly staff. The gave me a sample of hot food (a chicken pasta dish) – I got a pulled pork sandwich on crusty bread this time (can’t resist them) but would get hot food another time. Worth trying for lunch if you work in the area.
