Loving Dem Burritos. Been a regular for over a year now. I can say I’m officially addicted. Fish burrito is my favorite.
My brother and I randomly decide to walk in and try this place. We were both so pleasantly surprised! Everything is homemade. They have a huge pot you can see where they boil the beans and a self-serve salsa bar. It’s all fresh and so delicious. I will definitely be returning. I think I found my new favorite Mexican restaurant!
Review Below me Sums it up. Weekday service is great, if you go on the weekend make sure the young guy is making your food, simple as that! – PS. The Homemade salsa is so good there.
Good Place…Depending on who makes your food.. I have been a long time regular to this place, and for the last 2 week i have come on the weekend to place my order and got staggering results. On the first saturday, the lady making my burrito not only got my order wrong, but also gave me a rude look when i returned my food. I have never been given a rude gesture from anyone here being a long time regular. So i waited patiently and received my food a short time later (still wrong again if i may add). I then returned the following Saturday to the same lady making my food, i ordered a large burrito and it looked like a regularr, she seems to not like working there much and sort of disregarded me when i tried to ask for corn on my burrito, i was honestly about to give up on the place but decided to go last saturday, lucky for the me the young man (new guy i presume?) who is usually on the cash register was making food, and i have to say it was AMAZING, probably the best burrito i’ve eaten at the establishment,my large chicken and steak was huge, it was perfect to what i asked for and the guy actually remembered my order from previous visits and double checked with me if it was written down correctly when he was making it for me (i asked for no green peppers and no burrito sauce, the lady forget to write to take out green peppers). But he caught that and double checked with me, plus adding in an apology, even though i knew it wasn’t his fault. That was the great customer service i’m used too. Word to people coming on the weekends, try to make sure the guy is making your food (there’s only 1 guy and girl there) he knows what’s he’s doing and is the only reason why i keep coming back!
Ok. So ive been going here for years now and that means i wouldnt go back if it wasnt good. Never written a review about this place until i felt i needed to after my visit last week. If any of the owners managers or anyone that works there reads this please take it into account as i can promise you im not the only person that feels like this. When i first started coming here it was great i can say ive tried everything on the menu exepct the vegeterian stuff. Great service great food friendliest employees in the fast food buisness.my feelings have changed since my last visit. The service was slow the guy taking my order could hardly understand me. The girl that made my order made 2 mistakes on my burrito and was rude when i brought it back to her. For 1 burrito i waited 40 mins then another 15 for my replacement after having to talk to her for 5 mins. She dropped my fries off the container and just scooped it back in. Honestly just a diseaster and the other 3 costumers that were with me agreed. This will be my last time coming on saturdays and if it happens again you guys are losing a regular costumer thats been coming for years! I was used to fast, competant clean service. My suggestion is either hire more people for saturdays or train them better! And to add to this my burrito fell apart as soon as i picked it up. P.s this seems to be a weekend problem only as im here every thursday for lunch and its always fast and done right. John please do somthing a.s.a.p!
Extremely Frustrated. I went here last night and took a long time getting my order right just to be given the wrong burrito…It was extremely frustrating to go to the trouble of explaining everything just to be given a nasty burrito that had rice, beans and cheese when I ordered one stuffed with grilled and raw veggies with double spice…seriously never going back
