I’d agree with the other reviews the service is not great. The waiter seemed uninterested and felt like I just got grifted in a used car dealership after paying for over priced water and food. Wish they’d read these reviews and step it up. The pizza was worth coming back despite the service, everything else was over priced and mediocre.
Ive now been to Fiamma twice and both times were excellent. I went for lunch on my most recent visit. I ordered the Insalata con petto di pollo (grilled chicken breast, mixed green salad with cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette. Chicken was grilled nicely and not dry and the salad was fresh but a bit too much dressing for my liking but it still was very good nonetheless. Service is always impeccable, always filling up your water without having to ask, and checking up on you just the right amount. It is a bit on the pricier side but with the quality and service you cant complain. It is a bit dark inside but it is supposed to have a romantic feel 🙂
Bad service. The service was not the best we walked in the hostess who sets the tone for the restaurant pointed where my party table was she did not great us or walk us over then the waiter was cold and abrupt did not make any eye contact with his guest the food was not good plus they add the tip to your bill I should decide how much my experience was worth not the restaurant and it wasn’t 9.45 worth
A great meal. Everything was wonderfully prepared, tasty and all with great service. Highly recommended. The sea bass was awesome.
Amazing!. I enjoyed my experience at Fiamma from their delicious menu to their very classy, pleasant atmosphere .. I give this place 5 Stars all the way!!
If you want your night ruined, this is the place!. With restaurants in every plaza I find it hard to believe this place is still in business. Basically if you want a horrible dining experience and paying for food that isn’t unique or special, call up for reservations.
Poor management. We frequent the restaurant but today I believe would be our last time. There is a gentleman believe to be management who has poor customer service and lack of respect for fellow employees. The language that was used to several employees was disrespectful especially where customers can hear . It made me loose my appetite. This is not the first time I have witnessed this but thought the owners might have a bit more class and respect for their employees then to have a person work for them this long that has not management skills. Our group thought we should say something but then thought the other employees had enough of the nonsense. We always had pleasant time with our servers/bussers thought they all do an amazing job. But this one manager needs a rude awakening and taught some management skills or this behaviour harassment should be reported.
