WOW!! Kandahar kabob has the most delicious & mouthwatering kabobs I have had in a very long time!! I came here with my girlfriends, for the first time, a couple of weeks ago and I have been hooked ever since!! The restaurant is very clean, which makes the dine-in experience very enjoyable. Plus, the customer service is very pleasant. The individuals at the cash register are very nice & friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have some authentic Afghan food.
I honestly would not even give them one star if it was in my hands. I am SO UPSET at the rude, unprofessional and bad behaviour of the lady who took the order and secondly of the person who spoke with me over the phone. I ordered the family platter and they did not have the chicken available and without telling me she replaced the chicken with fish. I am sorrry but I should be informed if there is something not available so I can change up the order. However after coming home I realized my order was not right. When I called the lady was so rude and said that she gave me fish as its more expensive but like what the heck how can u just replace my order without asking me. I eat chicken. When I asked to speak to the manager she refused and became so mean and told me to go to hell and hung up. I am shocked that she had such bad language and was abusive. When I called again she said she was not in the mood to speak to me and hung up again, I am highly disgusted with the poor service I received but the company is at a greater loss than I was. This restaurant spoiled my birthday dinner but I will make sure I do not invest a further dollar in this place. I was a good customer who always came here on a weekly basis and always recommend to others but with this bad experience I will recommend all customers to not come to this restaurant as they are very unapologetic. I spent over $300 and they did not even respect my service and that speaks a lot about a company. I will make sure I voice out my thoughts to everyone and make sure the company loses a lot of customers.
Called in to place a large order fir several people. Tried to email the order for mutual convenience and accuracy. They wouldn’t communicate by email so I was forced to call in and Place an order over the phone. Waited 40 minutes for a pick-up call… nothing.Go to the restaurant to pickup the order and nothing is prepared as we discussed. They literally had not made any of the food. Then they ask me to pay and wait another 30 minutes. Asked to cancel my order and refuse and start rushing to prepare the food.At this point I’m stranded because there’s a team of people anticipating their meals. Finally get my order and they can’t produce a receipt but want to charge my card regardless.I paid but never again.Ridiculous to say the least.
Worst experience ever. Don’t even get me started. honestly, the people at this restaurant don’t know how to operate let alone deal with paying customers. For starters the lady working cash hardly knew English. It took her a good 2 minutes just to count cash before giving me my change. If you don’t know math why would you work here. The food was fine no complaints, kind of on the oily side though. I didn’t get through 5 bites because I had to run. I asked the same lady for containers to go as well as extra sauce and she literally lied to my face. Honestly so rude. If you want me to pay for these things then say so. Don’t lie its rude. Im never going back. 15 – 20 dollars aren’t worth it.
Love the food , Helpful staff. I went to Kandahar kabob last Sunday with my family and we had a such a great time there…. Food was fresh n yummy of course n the staff was really helpful even if the place was super busy n crowded. I will refer to my friends n family to check kandahar kabab for sure… Good job keep it up
I have been to Kandahar kabab several time now and I find the food is quality , well cooked and is very delicious and fresh the food just melts in your mouth .I recommend going there it’s the best place around
Very bad experience. The last time I came here was last week and my experience was really bad. Firstly the staff is very rude. Secondly their service is really bad. They show lots of attitude and we waited more than one hour and no apologies. Thirdly, they add extra charges to stuff that should be free. One week they charge you for garlic sauce and one week they don’t. Lastly the cook making the food touches it with his bare hand. The food is tasty but the service is really bad. I would recommend go to bamiyan kabob instead
