FOOD:We had come here on a Saturday evening at around 7:00 pm for a quick dinner. After seeing the high prices on the menu, I decided on something a little bit cheaper, which was the Maki Dinner ($15.95), which included six pieces of three different types of rolls; avocado, cucumber, and spicy salmon. My husband had settled on the Hana Bento Box ($28.95), which included sashimi, seaweed salad, steak, tempura, and six pieces of a sushi roll. I liked the presentation of the Hana Bento Box however, found the price to be much too high for the food received. My husband and I also both received a miso soup for our appetizers, while my husband had received a green salad with his meal.In terms of the Maki Dinner, I found that the rolls were good however, the avocado and cucumber rolls were warm, which is not how I am used to tasting them. Also, I liked how the spicy salmon had the crunchy topping sprinkled over the top of the rolls themselves, which was a nice addition. I found that some of the pieces were cut a bit large, and some were a lot smaller, which wasnt very pleasing to look at. I did try the steak and seaweed salad from my husbands Hana Bento Box, and both were well-tasting and fresh. I did like the food for the most part however, found it a bit too pricey for what I had received.ATMOSPHERE:This restaurant was situated inside of a plaza on Dixie Road, which is a very busy road, making it difficult to enter and exit when parking. We had to park on the side as there was no parking available in the front. The restaurant itself was very cold as the air conditioner was turned-up much too high. Also, the seating wasnt very comfortable, and we often had to walk-around to feel warmer, and to not have to obtain cramps from sitting in uncomfortable seating for too long. I did like the dcor of the restaurant, which was very authentic to a Japanese setting. I loved how they had the private rooms where customers could take off their shoes and relax, although those rooms needed to be booked in advance, and needed at least five customers in one party. There was also seating available in front of where the sushi chefs were making their items, which was nice to see as we were able to directly watch how the food was made without being too obtrusive.SERVICE:I found the service to be very slow and definitely lacking at the time that we dined at this location. Whenever I had wanted to get our servers attention, she was nowhere to be found, and our food took more than half an hour to arrive, which was difficult to wait for as we had a young baby, and the air conditioning was too cold. I also saw other guests waiting impatiently for their food, and wearing jackets as they were cold. I did ask the server to turn-off the air conditioner, at which point she said she did, although it felt the same. She also did apologize for the wait, but no complimentary item was given to us for waiting so long. COST:1 Maki Dinner: $15.95 + 1 Hana Bento Box: $28.95: $44.90 + Tax = $50.74WOULD YOU RETURN?I found the pricing to be much too high for what we had received, along with the cold air, and slow service. I cant see myself returning to this location in the near future.

This is definitely a hidden gem in Mississauga. With a party of 4+ , u can call the restaurant ahead of time and book one of their 3 private dining areas for a Japanese low table dining style! The place offers amazing service and food and is one of my absolutely favourite place to have sushi.
