Does Every Vietnamese restaurant have that same stupid cow as their logo??Anyways, Pho Pho Pho can either be considered a very clever or very lazy name, but regardless, it’s this small Vietnamese restaurant in the industrial area of Dixie and Derry. It’s a pretty buzzing place and can fit quite a number of people during the lunch rush. Menu is all Vietnamese, with none of that Thai nonsense that so many pho places are carrying nowadays.I opted for the Grilled Pork and Chicken with Rice. It’s either rice or pho and I’m almost always diving right into the former. The portion sizes were OK, but not as large as other places out East. The meats were tasty and they definitely didn’t skimp on the rice. Summer rolls were done beautifully as they were filled to the brim. Nice touch for this kind of place.Not much else to say really. There are better pho places around, but this place was still A-OK. It’s very clean and the prices are better than most. Pho will run you about $6-7 and the rice dish is under $8 as well. The staff are friendly, but I wish they knew how to turn on the heater in the wintertime…. cheatdayeveryday.com
