Very long waits just know this. Their plantain for 2.50 is totally worth every penny and they give you a good amount also. It’s very delicious. The rice and beans by itself is ok. The coleslaw is pretty good and normally I despise the vinegar based ones but this one changed my mind. If the rice doesn’t have sauce its kind of bland but also has this kick to it I can’t put my finger on it. Wasn’t delicious though but edible. The potato and Channa roti was alright, pretty good. That’s all I tried since I’m vegetarian 🙂

My wife brought home curried goat today from Shandra’s at it was amazing. We also got the stewed chicken and it was amazing as well. This place is predominantly for takeout.

All the bad reviews seem to be from 2012 or earlier. Can’t speak for them at that point, but their food is amazing… Different levels of spice are available as well as a warning about the medium and spicy orders!
Amazing!. My wife and myself went there for lunch today. The Roti ( we ordered the boneless chicken) was fantastic. Lots of flavour and the right level of heat. It was fresh and the roti itself was textbook excellent. Service friendly and good Shandra you have a nice sister. You really need to go.Johnny Roma signing off for T.O. temptations.
The best jerk yet. I went to this place for lunch for the first time with a friend who is a regular. hands down the best jerk i have had in years. comes in bone in and bone less variety. i actually ordered the goat curry boneless rice and peas with a side of jerk leg. everything is amazingly flavoured. place was busy and customers kept coming in and out for a location that is basic at best. goes to show people will go anywhere for good food. 8.5/10 for sure.
