Best Creamy frozen Yogurt. I have tried two of their locations, Lundy’s Lane and the newest in The Four Points Sheraton on Fallsview Rd. I like their frozen yogurt so much I don’t even take any toppings, I want to enjoy the flavour of the yogurt, there are so many flavours, I usually take 3 or four in my cup! There are lots of yummy toppings for those that want it! The people at the stores were friendly and the atmosphere really nice!
Not impressed at all. Where do I begin with this review. The restaurant itself is pretty neat but the staff was not friendly or eager to please. When you enter an empty restaurant you would think the staff would be happy and excited to see a customer. The frozen yogurt was runny and not very flavourful. I had to ask for fresh strawberries because the ones they were serving were kind of old and slimy. THEN I had to pay for it, and boy was it ever expensive. I will stick with Yogurtys from now on. At least I know their food is fresh because they’re always busy.

I went in for a treat with a friend for my birthday and felt attacked by the cashier after I sampled a couple flavours in their sampler cups. At other yogurt shops I have gone to in the past including Yogurty’s and I Dream of Yogurt, they are more than happy to let you try a few flavours before you ‘commit’ to one. It is all part of the experience. The man however, continued to yell at us instead of asking in a polite manner that this is not how CC Swirls operates. We told him that we would never be back. It left a sour spot on my birthday. Don’t give them your patronage! Go to Yogurty’s instead!
CC Swirls in Niagara Falls. Our son-in-law had been talking about how much he loves taking the kids to CC Swirls, so tonight he treated us. No wonder he loves it. Aside from the delicious frozen yogurt and toppings, it was clean, friendly, modern and really fun. They even had a sugar-free yogurt for my husband, who is diabetic and he really loved it. It’s always great to see a new local business thriving and we will gladly become regular customers.
Excellent Experience!. Today I went to CC Swirls for the first time with my sister. Compared to other frozen yogurt stores, this one was by far the best. The service was friendly and helpful and outranked any other fro-yo place we had ventured to. The store was sparkling clean, very spacious and super welcoming. The frozen yogurt was awesome! Many other places attempt to make flavours and fail on meeting expectations, but this place certainly didn’t. The American Peanut Butter and California Cake Batter were delicious! There were plenty of toppings to choose from and the counter was spotless. At other places, by the time lunch is over, the topping section is a mess and very unappetizing. We will definitely be returning here, our new favourite frozen yogurt place! Thanks for the excellent experience!
