The service is not enjoyable on the bar side anymore.I’ve given it three last chances after being a long time customer, I will not return.Game days aren’t even good anymore due to the staff change.
A rating of 1.0, because I can’t enter 0.0A quiet day, a bit before 5 PM and I ordered one of BP’s signature dishes, Smokey Mountain Spaghetti and meatballs, a dish I frequently order. My dish was served and I noticed an absence of any steam… I cut open a meatball and found it was cold (refrigerator cold) to the touch. I dipped my fork in the sauce to find it was tepid, at best. I continued and touched the spaghetti thae was not covered by the sauce, to find cold noodles. I returned the dish, infuriated that a signature dish be prepared with such disregard for the customer. With half my beer remaining, I paid the bill for the beer and left. An abysmal failure to provide an acceptable meal. I will not be returning…
