Decent Chinese food for an affordable price. I ordered delivery and got the combo #9 (Lemon chicken soo-guy, chicken fried rice and shrimp in spicy garlic sauce). The food came fast it was at an affordable price, there was lots of rice and I enjoyed the food.Will order again 🙂
Ordered delivery on Saturday and was told it would be 50 minutes cause they were busy. Food finally arrived 1hr 40 min later. Food was not bad, but showed up cold. There are better restaurants around for both quaily of food and service, so wouldn’t reccomend for a delivery night.
Very Good. Best Chinese/Szechuan in the city. They even have Pot Stickers! Better to pick up then get delivery. Always order from here and I live 20 min away!
Worst ever food and service!. Just had the worst experience with Cathay House on Woodroffe Avenue. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes called for my order and was told like it was on it’s way. 45 minutes later called and was told she made a mistake and food was now on its way now….10 minutes later food arrived. Chow mien was swimming in water, wrapped in a plastic bag!!!! Everything tasted like is was poached and the only decent part egg rolls had no plum sauce! Called back and they told me sauce would be delivered….been an hour now and no plum sauce yet. Word of advice STAY AWAY from CATHAY HOUSE!
Great Restaurant Great Food. Title speaks for itself. Good service, the staff are very friendly, the food is delicious. Would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area and looking for some good Chinese/Szechuan take-out. Five out of Five!
Tasty friendly fresh and fast. The new owner has been here now for over a year.He keeps the great tradition of Cathay’s recipes and I believe improved on them.The eggroll’s are way better than the Golden Palace’s greasy mess and tastier and WAY cheaper.The GP is 2 kms away down Woodroffe.I have not been disapointed in the food or menu items over the many visits in the past year.The owner and staff are friendly and care about the customer !
