Me and my husband ate here today, I had butter chicken with red lentil stew, he had lamb and red lentil stew. We finished eating and I opend up the desert container for my 5 year old daughter who wanted a sweet just too find MOLD all over the desert…. Not to mention I’m 9 months pregnant and if the deserts have MOLD on them what is the conditions like in the kitchen? I’m notifying Ottawa public health to go and inspect. Horrible disgusting and very wrong to serve paying customers this garbage.
This has got to be the most unprofessional place ever! I ordered a lamb seekh kebab and picked it up! To my dismay while chewing on the meet I found a metal piece that I could have swallowed ( everything going worst) but I was lucky I realized a piece of metal in my mouth!! I was obviously unhappy! I called them back and spoke to a guy called Sunny!! Goodness I mean they guy paid no attention to it and hung up the phone on me!! That’s the end of me ordering from Karara! Stay away from these guys!!
