I would only recommend their breakfast. 8$ not bad. Don’t get anything else. They need to buy a product called salt. They need to add salt to everything. Remember it’s a low class bar, so don’t come here trying to be adventurous .My friend drag me here because their cheap.
Wings. When I go to Local Heroes on Clyde I always have the dry rub Cajun wings. They are always well prepared and a great value. The service is excellent and a great atmosphere to watch the games.
Locals is the best sports bar in Ottawa , the foods great the staff is great and the prices and specials are awesome.what more could you ask for, love Locals!
Local Diner. Looking for a consistent, reasonably priced breakfast, then Local Heroes is the place to be. Open early and on time, it is worth trying out. Morning service is always up to standard and whether you’re looking for attention or quiet time, you will get what you’re looking for. In the evening a great place to hang with friends and enjoy a game.

Food was good, waiter didn’t screw up on our group’s large order which awesome, but she was kind of rude. Food took a while.
