  The Hawaiian pizza had lots of toppings (the ham was in thick pieces, not like deli meat) and a flavourful sauce. I don’t know what kind of cheese they use but it has more tang and depth of flavour than boring old mozzarella – it’s really tasty! The chicken wings were on the smaller side but they were all meat, no fat, so that, in my opinion, makes them winners. The medium sauce had lots of kick to it – in a good way! I might ask for extra sauce next time to really punch up those spices.Another bonus is that they don’t charge for delivery. This ismy go to place for delivery pizza in the west end.

  Call ahead, pick it up. That’s what I do. These guys tell me it’ll be ready in 15 minutes. Sometimes I arrive a few minutes early, surprised to find my food is already ready! Try the meatball, mushroom, and onion pizza. You will not be dissapointed.Another nice surprise with their pie is that I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night with dry mouth due to sodium overload like other pizza places in town.

  Horrible service.. So very disappointing.Like the other review, we had an almost identical experience.I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year once moving here.It has happened several times that we receive our order with missing items but it was small things (missing gravy or missing sauce) so we always let it go since the food is good and delivery is fast and friendly.Most recently though we placed and order and everything but one item was wrong and on the bill attached to the order the prices didn’t even correspond to my online order receipt.We called and asked about it and the guy on the phone said the items missing were never on the order and when asked about the price difference he basically said we were wrong. When asked about missing items he responded by saying he sent us a large fry instead. We said that we ordered what we did for a reason, its what we wanted and he then said he can decide as he wants. I felt that to be so very insulting.It is very sad that this situation worked out this way because as much as we like their food and delivery persons, the sheer way the food orders are handled with so little care to ensure the customer receives what they’ve paid for has turned us away and we unfortunately will not be ordering again.

  Worst Service Ever. Made an order online for A medium pizza with tomatoes and hot peppers. When I received my pizza it had pepperoni on it. That wouldn’t have been a big deal if I was not a vegetarian. I called and asked for a refund, the man on the phone was extremely rude and told me that I ordered it with pepperoni even though I had an email confirmation with hot peppers on it and told me he might send someone today or maybe tomorrow. I told him that I wanted him to send someone today and he hung up on me.I can say that I have never been treated so rudely by an employee before and will NEVER be ordering from them again.

  Horrible service!. Placed an order for delivery. Driver arrived and got mad and gave us an earful because he got lost in the complex our business is in. Completely incompetent, he almost walked out the door without taking our money. We had ti inform he we didn’t pay he had no idea. Ended up not receiving our full order, called to find out if we could get our missing items and the person on the phone was just as rude. Argued with me that the missing items were not written down. I pulled up my online order and read it aloud to him. He still denied it. I asked if the driver could please bring us our missing items and he agreed, but then accused me of ordering additional items. Also he told me there would be an additional charge for plum sauce. really?! Food is okay but never going back there again.
