The owner was sitting there watching tv while his cook was slammed with orders. Needless to say my pizza was undercooked. I dont think ill go back , ive made this decision from my experience and from the other review about the owner being rude. It makes sense now.
Cross Contamination Warning for Gluten Free Pizza orders – caution for those with allergies. We purchased for the first time on Monday, placed a phone order for an x-tra large combination pizza and one medium gluten free pizza. WOW – cost is higher than any orders we’ve placed with competitors. Cost us just shy of 60$. The gluten free pizza was priced over $20.00!!!. In addition, we were waiting for it in store, and I caught the associate, just before he used the same rolling cutter he had used on the regular pizza on my Gluten Free Pizza (I am celiac, and it would have made me very ill). He gave me an awful look, but did hand it to his other associate and ask that it be washed. — Obviously he has not been educated on best practices when handling food sensitivities nor allergies… be warned. (we will NEVER order nor consume from this establishment again)#fail
Just tried milano’s for the first time since new ownership and it was awesome. The pizza had lots of toppings and real mozzarella cheese. They even put the dough ball in the middle. You dont see that anymore! 2nd review: I just had the steak sub from here and it was so good, I had to call them back to tell them.It had a good amount of steak, nice gooey oozing cheese with ample toppings (lettuce , tomato, pickles n sauce).
Good Food. The pizza is very authentic with a lot of cheese very delicious I highly recommend this restaurant for pizza lovers, as for the other food on the menu I haven’t tried it yet but I heard they have good poutine too
USED to be great. This places was awesome for years the last few years have been truly awful. After being re routed to the horrid manotick location with the rudest manager and worst food I ever experienced from milanos we stopped ordering. Tried to just pick up from woodroffe as their donairs used to be A1 we discovered the have changed for the worst. For the amount of money you pay I’d expect them to at the very least be half the size they used to after 3 attempts at ordering its clear they are just not making the same food we had come to enjoy. Too bad.
Long time Barrhaven customers. Received the wrong order which is not an issue. Called to give them a friendly heads up. The owner was so incredibly rude saying we made an error, hung up on us. We called back asking them to not send the correct order and instead for our money back and they refused saying they cannot refund. Funny because we didn’t accept the 1st incorrect order yet paid in full for it. Absolutely horrible customer service. Arrogant.
Bland, limp pizza. Tastes like they use unseasoned tomato paste for pizza sauce. Cold when delivered. Boooorrrring.
