  Went in there with a friend today to try their special lunch menu. The poster outside advertising it is not the same inside. My friend who doesn’t eat pork asked whether the egg roll can be substituted for something else. The owner said that we can either just NOT take the egg roll at all or pay an extra 25c for a vegeterian spring roll. He clearly showed no interest in getting our business. With Frank’s $5.50 subs next door and Cozmos’ s pita at $5 across the street, we had better options and service

  I have only been there once, and went with a friend who knew the owner. They make a great crispy beef. I found their mixed vegetable dish was in a weird sauce though, nobody I was with enjoyed it. I also got a beef noodle dish with a sauce I forget, and it was okay I guess. We ordered lemon chicken but they forgot to make it so we never got it.I probably wouldn’t bother. If that is how it is for when we are with someone who is a friend of the owner’s family, then I’d hate to see what it is like if you aren’t.

  Cant ever go back!. Very Sad to write this review.. I have been ordering from this place for almost 10 years, back when it was the silver dragon. My recent experience has forced me to NEVER go back to them. I live in Barrhaven and had ordered dinner for me and my wife. an hour and a half later our food arrives. It was cold overcooked and we were unable to eat it. Now as I said we have been ordering from here for years and things happen so no problem Ill just call to have them replace it. The owners wife Lisa answered the phone. I told her my issues and she said she would give me a free chicken friend rice on my next order….. um no thank… I have a $40 order that I have to throw away. I asked for a replacement order to be sent out and I am happy to wait… She said it would be 2 hours to get it to me and I said that would be fine… She then went to say NO! You Pay for the new order… I found this to be horrible as I have always been a great customer here. She then argued with me that she would only give me a chicken fried rice and nothing else and I was being greedy (her exact words). All i wanted was what I ordered to the quality that I am use to getting from here. After 15 minutes of back and forth I was able to get a credit for my next purchase for the replacement value of what I ordered. The next time I went to order I was told they would no longer deliver to me cause of the issues from the past order.. I was amazed, they basically told me to piss off and that’s all., Once again sad to write this review but customer service is so important to me and a place that treat a long time customer like this does deserve my business, nor other that feel that customer service is important. I spoke with the owner and he told me that he owns the business, but Lisa is the boss…. Your wife will kill your business bud!
