It’s a shame the customer service is so terrible because the pizza Isn’t bad and it’s so close. But they are so rude and slow when you go in, I won’t be returning, nor will I be ordering from them for work functions like I used to.
RIP Party Pizza. Had been a regular for 10+ years but, over the past couple of years, noticed a gradual decline in topping quantity and crust quality (think soggy). How disappointing! I now take my business to another pizza place with consistent quality and service.
Death of a great pizza. I have been a faithful customer for 15 years until tonight. I knew something was wrong right away when I picked up the pizza just by the weight of it. I called back to voice my concern. The young lady was polite and empathetic until a voice in the background was telling her to hang up on me, enough said, this is now one of the worst pies in town. I will not be back, goodbye Parti Pizza.
This WAS hands down the best pizza place in the city and I recommended it to everyone I knew.The pizza now has changed substantially as the result of new ownership and is nowhere in the same league in regards to quality and taste. It would have been better to have changed the name in order to avoid confusion because this is not the same restaurant it once was. Though it hurts me to say this, the pizza I used to love and rave about is no more….RIP Parti Pizza
Best pizza in town. I used to live nearby and ordered from here all the time. Now I live in the east end but stop in whenever I can. My Mom still lives in the area so I’ll bring a pizza often when I visit. I can’t believe the bad reviews, it really is the best pizza in town.
Very Disappointing!!!. What has been a tradition for many years as our go-to pizza and wings, we are now very disappointed in the quality of the food and now the prices seem to have jumped well beyond the competition. Shame as I understand this is the result of new ownership. I would have paid the price for the same quality as the previous owners, but totally not worth it. Goodbye Parti Pizza.
Best Burger in Ottawa. New mgmt… Horribly gone wrong with their burgers! Heed warning, do not follow my advice below! So disappointing!Below is my comments from July….Yes, a pizza place has the best burger in Ottawa. Parti Pizza’s bacon cheeseburger is hands down the best in town!I’ve tasted burgers and have followed reviews to check out people’s favs but nothing has come close to this one. Order a bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings and you will not be dissapointed!The put 5 Guys and The Works to shame!
